Track accounts that are overdue for contact. Past due color coding (Class column in smart grid) can be configured to adjust based on any customized formula. As of today, the overdue indicator is based on scheduled sales call.
Call frequency status is color coded in the “Class” column
- Red = Overdue
- Yellow = Due Soon
- Green = Current
- White = Assigned, No call frequency
- Gray = Not assigned
We can create more advanced formulas to involve other entities.
EX. Opportunity creation or the last time it was updated.
