Edit user’s details/permissions
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Select the section you want to update by clicking on the tabs on the right hand side
- If making adjustments under “Activity Permissions” an “Edit All” feature is available. This can be useful when wanting to give the user access to all entities at once.
- Toggle the Edit all button
- Checking any of the boxes will allow that user permission to all entities
- Toggle the Edit all button
- Select Save
Ability to mass edit
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on “Other”
- Check “Can mass edit entries”
- Select save

Ability to Assign/Reassign accounts
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on Activity permissions
- Under Accounts select “more”
- Check the box for “Can modify record managers (account)”
- Select save
