Edit user’s details/permissions

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Select the section you want to update by clicking on the tabs on the right hand side
  5. If making adjustments under “Activity Permissions” an “Edit All” feature is available.¬†This can be useful when wanting to give the user access to all entities at once.
    1. Toggle the Edit all button
    2. Checking any of the boxes will allow that user permission to all entities
  6. Select Save

Ability to mass edit

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on “Other”
  5. Check “Can mass edit entries”
  6. Select save

Ability to Assign/Reassign accounts

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on Activity permissions
  5. Under Accounts select “more”
  6. Check the box for “Can modify record managers (account)”
  7. Select save
