Admin Tools- Update Basic Profile Information/ Reset User Password

Reset users password

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5.  Under password click in the field and enter in new password
  6. Select Save

Update users first/last Name

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5. Under First name or Last name click in the field and type the updated name
     

    Important notes:
    1. LoginID’s can not be updated
    2. Names should not be updated to reflect a new user- a new user should be created instead and old user disabled

Update user email address

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5. Under the Email section update the new email address
    1. Also update the email address under the Exchange Sync Email (Primary)

Update users record manager type

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5. Under Record manager type, click on the current type and a drop down menu will appear. Select the updated record manager type
  6. Select Save

Update Deere RACF ID #

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5. Under the Deere RACF ID section click in the field and enter in the RACF ID #
  6. Select Save

Add/ update user location

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the Profile tab
  5. Under Branch/Location click […] to update the user’s location
  6. Select Save

Upgrade/downgrade user license

  1. Login to Admin Tools
  2. Locate the user
    1. Filter by first name/last name
    2. Use the search field in the top right corner
  3. Click on the user to open the file
  4. Click on the security tab
  5. Click on the license type to adjust
  6. Click save
