Reset users password
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under password click in the field and enter in new password
- Select Save
Update users first/last Name
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under First name or Last name click in the field and type the updated name
Important notes:
1. LoginID’s can not be updated
2. Names should not be updated to reflect a new user- a new user should be created instead and old user disabled
Update user email address
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under the Email section update the new email address
- Also update the email address under the Exchange Sync Email (Primary)
- Also update the email address under the Exchange Sync Email (Primary)
Update users record manager type
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under Record manager type, click on the current type and a drop down menu will appear. Select the updated record manager type
- Select Save
Update Deere RACF ID #
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under the Deere RACF ID section click in the field and enter in the RACF ID #
- Select Save
Add/ update user location
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the Profile tab
- Under Branch/Location click […] to update the user’s location
- Select Save
Upgrade/downgrade user license
- Login to Admin Tools
- Locate the user
- Filter by first name/last name
- Use the search field in the top right corner
- Click on the user to open the file
- Click on the security tab
- Click on the license type to adjust
- Click save
