Matches are found nightly by matching up customers that are looking to sell and customers that are wanting to buy.

  1. Enter criteria you want to search by.
  2. Select [_] Include if you want that field to be used to in automated matching.

  3. Handle will search and match against:
    1. Equipment profiles with a status of Trade In
    2. Trade-Ins on active JDQuotes in your organization
    3. MFPro Assessments
    4. and Available dealer inventory.
  4. Click “Link Matching” to accept or decline matches in real time. The matches will display in a pop-up and give you the ability to review each item; and then accept or decline them as matches. If there are multiple matched instances with the same serial number, Handle will only display the unit with the most recent date.

  5. If Handle finds matches you have not reviewed, the “Has Suggestions” field will be checked.
  6. A nightly process runs in the background to notify you and other team-members if matches are found.
  7. Searching criteria can be modified and the possible matches will update in real-time. Any new equipment found that matches the updated criteria will be added into your list of possible matches.
  8. Handle will not remove the previously Accepted or Declined matches even if they no longer fit the search criteria. They will continue to display in the Equipment group as either accepted or not accepted.
  9. Once all items are reviewed, the nightly search will be re-enabled to automatically find matches and send notification.
