Handle can automatically notify you or create Alerts, Sales Calls, and tasks based on certain events in your business system.

Sales Calls can automatically be created after a certain number of days when a user creates an Opportunity, to ensure consistent follow-up.

Automatic follow up calls can also be created based on your assigned accounts and your call frequency.

Thresholds

  • For date based triggers, you can configure the reminder to be XX days before (WarrantyExpire) or XX days after (Delivery), or immediately.
  • For Invoices or work orders you can also limit the reminders to only occur when its ‘greater than’, ‘less than’, ‘equal to’, or within a configured dollar ‘range’.

 
 

Rules

Automated rules can be based on account assignment, location or the salesperson number assigned to the event in the business system.
