Participants List

The Participants list in Target allows you to create activities en masse and review activity status.

When an account is first added to Participants list it will display as Pending, because it does not yet have any associated actions.

Create Actions

  1. Select one or multiple Participants on the [Participants] tab
  2. Click Create Action (button will not appear until participants have been selected)
  3. Choose which action you’d like to create in the upper left of pop up
    1. E.g. Note, Call, Task, Opportunity, Case
  4. You can assign these actions to specific users. [User]
    OR
    You can assign these actions to those assigned to the selected accounts. [RM]

When using the [RM] field, no action will be created if no user is assigned by the Record Manager type selected.
