All of Handle CRMs’ prebuilt forms are customizable using the Handle CRM Framework . Any forms can be integrated with any other form to quickly link or relate items. For example, you want to create sales calls from quotes. The Handle Framework allows you to create a relationship, without development, to streamline this process. The end result is a single button on the quote screen to start scheduling a call.
Any data that integrated from another system and or entered into a Handle form can be searched and reported on using our analysis (advanced search) component. The Handle CRM advanced search also allows you save, schedule, and take any of these searches offline in our mobile apps. Scheduling a saved search will deliver a CSV file with the data on the frequency you request.
