Linking activities on mobile

Linking items in Handle minimizes data entry. The ability to add and view these relationships increases the quality of information and reduces time, frustration, and mistakes.

Similar to linking activities on the desktop—From inside of an Activity (Sales Call, Opportunity, Case, etc) relationship, select the group you wish to add link.

Tap ‘Link’.

Two ways to link:

  1. Type-ahead – most accurate, display filtered results
  2. Drop-down – 10 suggested links, works best if there are not many items or title/description is unknown

View and open linked activities on mobile

Once an item is linked, you can view the summary or Open to view full details.

Open stock unit – CRM to Inventory

Opening a linked Inventory stock unit will open that item in the Handle Inventory app.
