Integrating Handle with Exchange/Outlook can be configured with the following options for those users with a mobility license.

 
 

Appointments
 

  • 1-way (View Only)
    • Appointments that exist in your Outlook calendar can be viewed in Handle Calendar.
    • You can convert/copy an appointment into Handle.
  • 2-Way (Update)
    • Any sales calls created in Handle automatically synchronize to your Outlook calendar.
    • Any changes such as additional details or time and date will synchronize back to Handle, if the item was created in Handle originally.
       

Tasks
 

  • 1-way (View Only)
    • Tasks that exist in your Outlook calendar can be viewed in Handle.
  • 2-Way (Update)
    • Any Tasks created in Handle automatically synchronize to your Outlook calendar.
    • Any changes such as additional details or time and date will synchronize back to Handle, if the item was created in Handle originally.

       
       

Primary Contact
 

  • Assigned accounts are synced to the record manager’s Outlook mailbox

     
     

Secondary Contact
 

  • Assigned account secondary contacts are synced to the record manager’s Outlook mailbox.

 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 

Compatible with: Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Office365

If your exchange server is not hosted in house or by JDO, please verify that your Exchange Host Provider will allow impersonation scripts to be run on our behalf.

You cannot sync calendar/contacts with Outlook and Google at the same time, it is one or the other.
