Pull activity reports for many different forms in one place. Ex: Alerts, Sales Calls, and Tasks to find areas of improvement, and/or create a weekly plan.

The most flexible and powerful way to run activity reports is by building an advanced search in the Activity list.

Activity Advanced search includes all the forms (Entity Type) you have access to in one consolidated interface:

Creating call Reports

  1. Select the Activity tab
  2. Fill out the search criteria
    1. Entity type= Sales call
    2. Add additional filters for desired results
  3. Select search
  4. To easily access this report again, create a saved search.
